Blaracha House was the home of my Headmaster , Mr Alistair McDonald when I was at Roybridge Primary School , I remember now that his daughter Sally was in the same classes as myself , she must be aged 66 now , does anyone know where she lives now ?

When you were at Roy Bridge school, Pat, the Headmaster was Mr John Mac Donald. His daughter Sally still lives in this area.

Good afternoon Helen. Thanks for your information , silly me,of course it was Mr John McDonald ,now I am baffled can't remember as it was 55 years ago ,are you Sally's sister or did she get married and you are her daughter ? What part of Roybridge do both of you live in ? Please give Sally my regards , my wife and I are driving up to the Highlands next summer ,we are both retired now and we live by the seaside in Devon.

I am no relation of the family .My maiden name was MacKillop , Both my brother, Willie and I went to Roy Bridge school.I remember you and your brother , Sally lives about two miles out of the village and I very rarely see her , Hope you manage up north next summer.

Hullo Helen. Now I know who you are , your brother Willie used to be in charge of the Roybridge hotel pub bar when I was a youngster , he used to send a bottle of whisky up to Vincent Fisher with the postie when it was ordered , am I correct in assuming that Willie got married to Iona Wilson ? Norma her sister was in the same class as me at Roybridge Primary.
