Workmen at Keppoch TerraceSquad working on the building site of Keppoch Terrace Roybridge approx 1950?
Locals will recognise the distinctive gable end of Hallhouse and old Post Office.
Left hand building, work in progress, before windows installed is number 3 Keppoch Terrace.
In the line-up, only know a few names, second from left, my Dad, known as Eck Simpson(just left home for the first time,) 17 years old apprentice joiner). The only other local in the picture is Alec Wilson, who is 4th from left.
I think all the others are from the Buckie area ,
George Murray, second on right, like my Dad, had the good sense to also marry a local girl,Ella
Thompson,from Spean-bridge
