Who is the boy 2nd from Left on the middle Row ?

I am not completely sure but the boy second from left middle row I think, was called Marcus. I am not sure of his last name but suspect he had only just arrived from England. His Mum was a Nurse

What a good memory you have David!!! I think the tall one on the back row is Katherine Jones!!!
Know most of the others now, so can probably list them all. Thanks for your help. Nice to see you keep in touch with Roybridge. Did someone tell you about this site? It is amazing the number of people that lived here, even for a short time, who have been in contact with site .All the best

I think the boy second on the left, middle row is John Bruce - not Marcus Valente. John had an older brother George Bruce.

I think that Marcus and Gina Valenti had moved to Banavie by that time with their dad Mario . Don't remember their mothers name . Amazing seeing this old picture again!

Yes, that is John Bruce, not Marcus Valente. I was made to sit behind the sign as I had a Snoopy patch on each knee , which Mrs MacSherry was highly disapproving of. She commented on Jackie and my climbing boots as well. I think we were supposed to dress smart for the class photo, but at least half of us forgot all about it.
The corrugated iron classroom ,seen through the window must have been demolished not long after this. It was my favourite class, even though it was freezing in winter.

Allan is correct Me & Gina were moved to Banavie shortly before this was taken.. Mentioning Mrs MacSherry sends shivers down my spine.. 😉 Been back a few times since and how the place has changed.. Marcus
