Christine , I think some of the people in this photo were born in 1955 ? which would only make them 3 years old in this photo so year could be wrong ? and do you know / remember who is the ? on your right or the ? in the back row or other ? in middle row

Peter I think the 2 school photos may have been taken on the same day. The wee room and the big room. I started school in August 1957 and i think i was probably in primary 3 in the photo. Everyone else is younger than our class of Valerie Cook, Donnie MacLean etc. Certainly was not 1958, great to see Christine Crawford(MacDonald) is in on the search

Think the boy 3rd from left on back row standing is John MacIver. He stayed for a while in Inveroy. His sister is in another of the school photos

How wonderful to be sent this link ! Think Peggy Wilson must be in that picture too . Such happy memories of Roy Bridge and of myself , Sally (Simpson) and Peggy Wilson sitting at the road verge waiting for a car to come along so we could write down the numberplate . Imagine!!

Hi Donna, great to hear from you. Peggy was not in this photo,she was in the class above us,so she would have been in the BIG room. She is in other pics on this site. Do you remember when the Six Day Trials came past? We used to take their numbers as well. I think we camped behind the fence ,next to the main road for days, just hoping that the cyclists would wave to us!!! If you have any photos taken when you were living in Roybridge,would be great to see them. I remember your Mum and Dad very well,I am sure they would be familiar to a lot of people who follow this site. Once again, great to hear from you

I am not sure if I was in the photo or not , I used to have a friend called Donnie Cameron. My self and my younger Sister Morag and our parents lived in a wooden caravan and tin hut in woods next to McKillops Farm . I am 60 yrs old now

Alistair, I thought that was you 4th from left on boys row , and Donnie Cameron is next to you. He is 5th and wearing a wee bow tie.. Morag is 2nd from left on girls row ?

Alistair, I remember you, Morag , Fiona and your mum and dad very well. In fact I used to babysit sometimes. I remember your dad took my auntie and I for the day to Aberdeen. I often took your mum's Llibrary books into Fort William on a Saturday to get her some more to read. It was nice to see your name on this website.

School Pupils
I am in the school photo sitting next to Colleen Nicholson shown as being taken in 1962. I still have the copy my mother kept. On the reverse my mother has written 'Taken at Roybridge school 1958. Also in 1962 I was living in England.
