Yes, Catherine, Donald is the gt grand uncle of a number of people in Roy Bridge including myself.

Hermione, it is so nice to hear back from you. I am keen to learn more of the Mackintosh relatives in Roy Bridge. I apologize for getting the facts wrong in my previous comment. Donald is my husband's great grandfather and he came to Australia early 1860's.
